Ruling update

I'm putting this upon request of a friend.

When you use Shrink and opponent chains with Honest, I always thought that Honest will overwrite everything else but I was wrong! Shrink actually doesn't half your base attack, it makes your attack into half of your base attack. See the diff?

Example:
Player A Black Magician attack Player B Blue Eyes White Dragon and uses Shrink and Player B chains with Honest.
-> Honest Resolves making Blue Eyes' attack into 5500
-> Shrink Resolves making Blue Eyes attack into 1500 (!) instead of 4000 (1500 from Shrink and 2500 from Honest)
