Cheers for getting all 4 cards correct in the To-Be-Banned section! Some unexpected is Cyber Dragon. It saves me alot from Catastor when I'm playing Honest Viper =(
Seriously, Breaker didn't deserve to be in the banlist in the first place and it is nowhere near broken. The current meta deck mostly pack 3 bottomless. How is breaker gonna help you, they should unrestrict Cyclone. And I have no idea how 3 Phantom of Chaos can be broken. Enlighten me?

Expected Meta decks
1) Gladiator Beast at full strength
2) Skill Drain/Oppression Variety decks.
3) Lightlords
4) Synchro Dark Armed with max draw power

- Gladiator Beasts don't need to be explained.
- Skill Drain/ Oppresion decks can range from Undeads to Light decks or a special cocktail of the two.
- Lightlords with one less Judgement is about the same thing.
- Synchro Dark Armed with 3 Destiny Draw and Allures anyone? With that kind of draw power, I'm sure you can dig that pair of Dark Armed...
- Beast Synchro is still playable but no more playing with yourself lol.
- Yes I added Prime Material Monarch there, 3 Teleport and 3 Diabolic = easy mode summoning.
