Always thought that the first turn summoning of 3 Bureido was an extremely cool combo, but hard to do simply because One for One is restricted to 1? Actually when you put some thought into it, you can even achieve the combo with a pure Monster hand, with not a single restricted card! Just the 2nd part of the combo I thought of when I was going through constant rebuilding and thinking of the deck.
Cards required:
Grow Up Bulb / Lonefire to get Grow up Bulb
Machina Fortress
2 random Machine monsters, one of which must be a Karakuri 4 star non tuner
Sounds like a bad hand which you will either just set a monster, or end up with a Bureido and just draw 1 card right? Not true! Look below
1) Summon Grow Up Bulb
2) Special Summon Fortress (Discard Random Machine)
3) Synchro Summon Bureido, and special summon Komachi
4) Using Komachi's effect, normal summon your level 4 non tuner Karakuri
5) Synchro into Burei, and special summon Guard
6) Sp Grow Up Bulb with its effect and tune with Burei into Bureido and Special summon level 4 non tuner Karakuri (E.g. Soldier)
7) Guard tune with whatever LV4 Karakuri You called earlier into another Bureido and special Strategist in attack mode
8) Strategist turns to defense mode and draw 3 cards from your 3 Bureidos
Optional 9) Cover Chaos Infinity and prep for more awesomeness
Honestly much easier then having to wait for a One for One. Wonder why I had not thought of it earlier, especially since the above combo would make what normally is a bad hand into a strong hand for Karakuri. I blame Baha for brain washing me with abusing One for One is.

Karakuri Combo Pt 3:
The above combo works even better if you have the above 4 cards, except that instead of a 4 star Karakuri non tuner in hand, you have De-Synchro. You actually gain 1 extra card, so you draw 4 cards instead of 3. Just change step 3 to summon Strategist instead to gain the 1 extra draw, then use De-Synchro on Bureido, and synchro back to summon out a Soldier from deck for step 4. Rest of the combo works out the same.
You end up milling 1 extra monster from deck, and gaining 1 extra draw out of it. All the better chance of getting Pot of Avarice in hand to use that extra mill yes?
how many komachi will you include in your deck with lonefire and glow up? how about for the nishipachi?
ReplyDeleteWill have an updated decklist up soon, look out for it~
ReplyDeleteeave u tried deformer karakuri?am using that kind of build and its good...
ReplyDeleteHave seen it, but personally dont like it as much, simply because it will be less competitive. Might try it out in the future as a fun deck, but simply put, Machina makes the entire deck that much more stable
